Farida Osman '13 Competes at Rio! 

A junior at UC Berkeley, Farida Osman '13 just competed in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, beating her personal best in the 50m freestyle and making it to the semifinals of the 100m butterfly. Read more


Swimming to Make a Difference

Former CAC student (1986-90) and swimmer Kerry Yonushonis has a passion for swimming that has taken her to many countries around the world. She also uses her swimming skills to raise money for an important cause. Read more

Girls Get Strong at CAC!

Wanting to increase the participation of young women in sports at CAC and hoping to provide them with more opportunities to learn about health and fitness, PE teacher Becky Riddle created the Girls Get Strong initiative. Read more.
